Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy for Automotive Parts

1. Return Period

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item.
  • Please contact us in advance at sales@trustplanning.world before Sending the item back.
  • Unauthorized returns without prior notice may not be accepted or refunded.

2. Return Conditions (Automotive Parts Specific)

  • The item must be unused and uninstalled.
  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging, including all accessories (manuals, brackets, bolts, sensors, etc.).
  • The item must be free from damage, dirt, or modification.
  • Items that have been installed or used are not eligible for return.
  • Please confirm vehicle compatibility (model, year, chassis code, left/right, front/rear) before purchasing.
  • Returns or refunds due to incorrect vehicle fitment are not accepted.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

The following costs are non-refundable or will be deducted from the refund amount:

  • Return shipping costs (paid by the customer).
  • Original shipping fees (non-refundable).
  • Customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees (non-refundable).
  • If the package is returned to us due to failure to complete customs clearance, no refund will be issued.
  • Any return shipping or customs fees incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds (typically 20%–70%) may be granted in the following situations:

  • The item is damaged, used, or not in original condition.
  • The item is returned after the 14-day period.
  • Original packaging or accessories are missing.

5. Return Procedure

  1. Email sales@trustplanning.world with your order number, item name, and photos (especially if damaged).
  2. Wait for our Return Authorization Email before sending the product.
  3. All returns must be shipped with a trackable shipping method.
  4. Return the item to the address provided in the authorization email.

※ If a tracking number cannot be verified, we cannot issue a refund in case of loss.

6. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically via your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.).
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be reflected.
  • If you have not received your refund after being notified of approval, please contact your credit card company or payment provider first.

7. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted only for defective items or those damaged during shipping.
  • Please contact us by email before sending the item.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.
  • After 24 hours, we will check with the manufacturer if cancellation is possible.
  • If the manufacturer has started processing, the order may be non-cancelable.
  • Cancellations are only accepted if confirmed by the manufacturer.
  • Back-ordered items, used parts, and non-registered products cannot be canceled.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

9. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale, outlet, limited-edition, or used items.
  • Non-registered products.
  • Installed, modified, or damaged parts.
  • Returns due to incorrect fitment or vehicle compatibility.

10. Important Notes

  • A proof of purchase (receipt, order number, etc.) is required for all returns.
  • Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.
  • For international orders, delivery and customs processing times may vary.
