By purchasing from Trust Kikaku Online Shop you agree that you have read, understand and accept all of our terms and conditions.
Trust Kikaku Co., Ltd. reserves the right to make changes to its website and terms and conditions at any time.
We aim to provide accurate descriptions of all goods sold at Trust Kikaku. We expect our customers to go through the product photos and confirm the product’s condition and compatibility information before making the purchase. We will not be held liable if the buyer is not satisfied even though the item was clearly described.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or an error in pricing or product information received from the supplier or manufacturer, Trust Kikaku shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. Trust Kikaku has the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment has been made. If your order should be cancelled after the payment has already been made, Trust Kikaku will immediately issue a credit to you in the amount paid.
Shipping & Return:
All orders consisting of items we have in stock are shipped in the order in which they were received and shipped within 3 business days. We will contact you if an item is delayed due to an unforeseen reason.
Any expected shipment dates given to the customer are approximate.
We will place a backorder for non-stocked items within 24 business hours of order placement by the customer. The delivery date depends on the item. Please make sure to confirm the lead time before placing your order. Backorder items will be shipped immediately once we receive them. Each new item is sold as-is and in case the ordered part is delivered correctly we do not accept returns. EMS, DHL and FedEx insure all parcels, so any item damaged during delivery will need to be claimed with the courier for insurance. Trust Kikaku Co., Ltd. will need to contact the courier and submit photos as evidence. Therefore, please contact Trust Kikaku Co. Ltd. ASAP in case you think your order was damaged during delivery.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
-Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
-Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

-Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
-Exchanges (if applicable)

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1624 Minaba, Shimotsuma-shi, Ibaraki 304-0822, JAPAN.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price and shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
